Multibond SMX35 Seal & Stretch is high quality, neutral, elastic, one component sealant adhesive based on the unique SMX® Hybrid Polymer technology developed by Soudal. SMX35 displays good extrudability, good mould resistance, provides excellent adhesion to most surfaces even when slightly damp, produces no odour, has good weather and UV resistance. Refer to data sheet for priming porous and non-porous surfaces.
