Allduro’s Open Cell Backing Rod is fabricated from medium density polyurethane foam N31-320. It’s specifically designed for use in expansion joints in a variety of applications such as bricks, blockwork, panel joints, floor joints etc. It allows for faster sealant curing, allows air access to both sides of the sealant providing uniform curing, its also easier fitting into uneven joints as well as being economical.
